By submitting this coaching agreement form ("Agreement"), you acknowledge that you're seeking us out and that you're legally able to be coached by us without any conflict of interest. Services We'll work together to help you find clarity, identify the most important next steps, and take massive action to achieve your goals based on the coaching program you selected. Our coaching and consulting services are designed to provide you with the clarity and direction you need to achieve your goals. We specialize in business and marketing coaching, and we'll work with you to identify the one thing you need to do next to propel yourself forward. But we're not just about business - we're about helping you achieve your biggest dreams. Whether you're looking to uncover your personal big vision, discover your potential, or break things down into achievable steps, we're here to help. With our expert guidance and support, you'll tap into your inner strength and resilience, overcome any obstacle in your path, and achieve more than you ever thought possible. Don't worry, you'll receive an email with a copy of this Agreement and your form submission for your records. Each program includes coaching calls via Google Meet that last approximately 45 minutes to one hour. Each call will be recorded, and a copy will be emailed to you for your records. We'll focus on the areas of business, marketing, and personal growth and development. Payment Your payment for coaching services will be automatically drafted on the same day each month using the payment method you provided at the time of submitting this Agreement. By submitting this Agreement, you authorize us to charge the agreed upon fee to your provided payment method each month until the Coaching Period ends or until the Agreement is terminated in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement. Legal and Responsibility You represent and warrant that you're legally able to enter into this Agreement and participate in the coaching program without any conflict of interests. By submitting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for ensuring that you're legally able to work with us. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless rallyAF and their affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from your breach of this Agreement or your participation in the coaching program. Client Responsibilities We're committed to your success, but it's important to note that coaching is a collaborative process. To get the most out of our coaching calls, we need you to be honest and open about your goals, challenges, and progress. We encourage you to ask questions and share your thoughts and feelings with us, so we can work together to create a plan that works for you. Remember, this is YOUR journey and we're here to support you and help you navigate through roadblocks every step of the way. Confidentiality We take your privacy seriously, and all information shared during our coaching calls will be kept confidential unless otherwise required by law. You can trust that our coaching sessions will be a safe space where you can share openly and honestly without fear of judgment. Termination We understand that life happens, and sometimes things come up that prevent you from continuing coaching services for the entire Coaching Period. If you need to terminate the Agreement, all you need to do is give us at least 72 hours' notice prior to the next billing cycle. You won't be penalized for early termination as long as proper notice is given. Remember, your success is important to us, and we're committed to helping you achieve your goals even if that means ending our coaching relationship early. Let's Get Started!
